Beginning with our marching championship events in 2024, the South Carolina Band Directors Association will move to an online platform for ticket sales and attendee management. Modernizing our ticketing process has been a long-term goal of the SCBDA. We’ve partnered with Ludus, LLC, an innovative online ticketing platform specializing in the performing arts, to move towards digital ticketing for all ticketed events.
Here are a couple of highlights:
Ticket Sales for all events will open on October 1, 2024. Parents, friends, and community members may purchase their tickets in advance online anytime after October 1, up to and including the day of the event.
Online Credit Card payment is accepted; however, in-person credit card and cash sales will still be available for patrons on-site at the box office gate. Payments via credit card (online and on-site) will incur a minimal processing fee in addition to the price of the ticket.
Upon check-out, patrons are offered multiple ticket retrieval options, including print-at-home, SMS, digital email, and “Add to Apple Wallet.” Questions regarding online ticket sales can be directed to [email protected].
