The 2020 South Carolina Day of Percussion will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020, at Beechwood Middle School in Lexington, SC. This event is a full day of clinics, master classes, concerts, and educational sessions. Past events have featured percussion competitions for high school students and performances by nationally known guest artists. This year’s guest clinicians are Kevin Bobo and Paul Rennick. A final performance will feature the Intercollegiate Percussion Ensemble, guest clinicians, and the winner of the first annual Collegiate Keyboard Competition. The event will also feature clinics and masterclasses by Chase Banks, Quinten Baxter, Ben Cantrell, and DRUM percussion studio.
