Take exit #209 (Ashley Phosphate).
Turn left at the frontage road.
Merge right onto Ashley Phosphate (West).
Go approximately four miles and you will see a sign to turn right to Fort Dorchester.
At the end of the road, turn right to go into the Fort Dorchester complex.

From Charleston via I-26:
Take exit #209(Ashley Phosphate).
