Registration
The deadline for registration is August 31, 2000. The registration fee is $40. Preference for performance time will be based on earliest postmark.
Classification
Bands will enter according to South Carolina High School League classification or by number in the band Horn Line. The Horn Line classification is:

Awards
AdjudicationAwards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class. All bands not ranked will receive a rating trophy. Awards will also be given for Best Music Performance, Best Percussion, Best Auxiliary, and Best Drum Major in each class.
Six well known and respected adjudicators will access each band in the following captions: Music Execution/Effect/Content; Visual Execution/Effect/Content; Overall Effect Music/Visual; Percussion Execution/Effect/Content; Auxiliary Execution/Effect/Content; Drum Major Execution/Effect/Content.
