Stadium
The Ervin K. Cunningham Stadium at Pendleton High School has a capacity of 5000 and is one of the finest stadiums in the state. Excellent warm-up and secured dressing facilities will be provided. Our concession stand will provide a variety of foods, snacks, sweets, and drinks.

Registration
A registration fee of $25.00 will be required of all applications received. Order of performance will be determined by earliest postmark, Deadline for all applications is September 30th. Entries may be made by mailed application or by phone.

Classification
Classification will be broken down according to 4 equalized horn sizes.
Class I, Class II, Class III, Class IV

Judging
There will be six (6) Judges assigned to the following areas: Music (40%), Marching (35%) General Effect (25%), Drum Line, Flag and Rifle & Drum Major.  Judges for 1999 are listed below.

Music - Bill Malambri
Marching - Richard Brasco
General Effect - Mike Robinson
Colorguard - Connie Grantham
Drum Major - Allison Smith
Percussion - Paul Buyer

Awards
First, Second, Third place in each class, Superior, Excellent and Quality in each class. Best Drum Major, Best Percussion line, Best Band Front, and Horn Line. Best Soloist of the Day, Best Pit Crew of the Day.
Grand Championship Trophy for Class I & II. Grand Championship Trophy for Class III & IV. Both Grand Champions will receive $100.
