| Class II | 26-40 horns |
| Class III | 41-55 horns |
| Class IV | 56-70 horns |
| Class V | 71 horns or more |
We reserve the right to split classes or create new
classes to
accommodate a large number of entries.
Performance position within each class will be determined by application postmark, with earliest postmark performing last. The registration fee is $30.00, but this will be waived if the application is postmarked by August 2.
The deadline for receipt of entries is September 1, 1999.
