The Boiling Springs Band Boosters are pleased to announce the 14th annual Festival of Bands to be held October 16th, 1999.

Entry Deadline is September 30th. Order of appearance is determined by earliest postmark.

Classification will be broken according to 4 equalized hom sizes:

Class I
Class II
Class III
Class IV

Excellent
Quality
Best Hornline
Best Drumline
Best Band Front
Best Drum Major
Superior Drum Majors
Best Soloist of the Day
Grand Championship Trophy
for Class I & II
Grand Championship Trophy
for Class III & IV

 The Contest Festival will use judging as follows:

Music...............40%

Marching..........35%

Overall Effect....25%

 

Procedure: Fifteen minute intervals for Class I and II. Twenty minute intervals for Class III and IV.
