Showcase your band and give your students a positive experience by participating in the Burger King Classic Marching Band Competition.

This annual competition highlights the most prestigious marching bands and rewards those bands which work hard to produce a top-notch performance.

Classifications (Four divisions based on horn line):

• Class A - 0-30
  
• Class AA - 31-50
  
• Class AAA - 51-70
  
• Class AAAA - 71 and above
  (Higher classification may be requested)

Judging will be caption style with three judges using the following breakdown:

1. Music Execution/Content: 40 pts.
2. Visual Execution/Content: 35 pts.
3. Overall Effect: 25 pts.

Superior and Excellent trophies will also be given for colorguard, drum major, drum line, and horn line. Top three bands may receive a trophy for Ist, 2nd, or 3rd ranking in each class. Grand Champion Trophies will also be awarded to the highest ranking band in both the A-AA classes, and the AAA-AAAA classes. The Class A and AA awards presentation will be held after the last AA performance if these classes have ten, or more, participants.

Cash prizes of $150.00 for each class champion and $500.00 for both grand champions will be awarded. The highest scoring band of the day will also receive an additional $500.00 cash prize.
